What is Drama Therapy?
Dramatherapy has as its main focus the intentional use of healing aspects of drama and theatre as the therapeutic process. It is a method of working and playing that uses action methods to facilitate creativity, imagination, learning, insight and growth.

It offers a safe space in which to explore hidden creative potential symbolically, through the use of drama, movement, story enactment and voice. YourSpace uses Sesame’s "non confrontational and non verbal approach."
The Sesame Approach:
Uses drama and movement to promote healing and change and is based in the understanding that difficulties can be identified indirectly through metaphorical interpretation. This symbolic approach places emphasis on the creative and expressive use of the imagination within the boundaries of a safe and containing space working within the art forms. Its application is wide and can be used in a variety of settings to promote:
